At CodeBiceps, we value customer satisfaction and aim to deliver exceptional digital solutions. If you are not fully satisfied or wish to discontinue a project, this policy outlines the steps and conditions related to refunds and cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively via email to sales@codebiceps.com. Requests through other channels will not be considered valid.
Once your request is received, our team will review the situation and provide guidance. If the issue is from our side, we will respond within 7 business days with further instructions.
Payment Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by service. Before approving a refund, CodeBiceps will review the contract, work progress, and any third-party costs incurred. Payments made to external vendors (hosting, tools, licenses) are not refundable.
Conditions for Refund
- If the service has been completed as per the agreed scope.
- If the client cancels after work has started.
- If the client does not cooperate or causes delays.
- If any term of the SLA is violated.
How to Request a Refund
Send a detailed email to sales@codebiceps.com explaining the reason and attaching the project agreement. Our Finance & Management team will review and respond accordingly.

| Accidental extra payment | 100% of surplus refunded | Gateway charges (if any) deducted. |
| Unsatisfied with design | No refund | Multiple revisions are provided to align with client vision. |
| Work delay (our fault) | Up to 50% refund | Evaluated after reviewing communication and documents. |
| Third-party technical issues | No refund | Hosting, domain, and vendor-related issues are not under our control. |
